Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 15th March. Please remember only financial members are able to cast a vote at any meeting. Payment of the $2 membership fee must be made by the close of one meeting so that the member is eligible to exercise membership rights (eg, vote) at the next meeting. Therefore if members wish to nominate for a position on the 2017 P&C Executive or would like to nominate or vote for another member, membership fees must be paid before the close of this Wednesdays' meeting.
