Recently we have been receiving an increase amount of requests to pass messages on to students. We are finding that quite regularly these are often messages that are just confirming arrangements that have been previously made with students and do not need to be given again. Please trust your child to follow your instructions. Of course, if there is a change to arrangements we are happy to pass this on.
As you are aware it is very hectic in the office in the afternoons and students are often participating in programs that remove them from their normal classrooms. This means office staff have to leave the office to locate students to deliver messages. Please contact the office before 2.45pm if you need a message delivered to your child. We are unable to guarantee messages received after this time will be given.
