P&C Meetings

A P&C meeting is a public forum for discussion of points of specific interest to the school and its community. We discuss fundraising events, school infrastructure, and other important issues. Meetings have a structured approach, but we generally try to keep things informal beyond this. It is a great place to learn about what goes on behind the scenes in terms of running and funding the school. It is also a place to raise issues of concern or make suggestions with regard to specific issues. The School Principal is an integral part of our meetings and provides information and guidance to us.

Our meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month commencing at 2:30 pm in the library. All are welcome to attend.

Our AGM is usually held in March each year. At this meeting, all positions are declared vacant. If you would like to be on the committee or to be able to vote on anything, you will need to be a financial member. It costs $2 to become a financial member and this needs to be paid at the February meeting.
